	Tournament Location:	Olympic Park. 1675 E. Old Schaumburg Rd. Schaumburg, IL 60194 Featuring synthetic turf and natural grass fields.

	Registration Fees:	$425 (U8-U12), $475 (U13-U19)
		Discounts: Bring 5 teams, the 6th is free
	Parking Fees:	$50 per team (U8-U10), $75 per team (U11-U19)
	Facility Restrictions:	Grills are not allowed on site

11/17/08	Welcome to the 3rd Annual Grove United/Soccer Madness Memorial Day Shootout Soccer Tournament. The Memorial Day Shootout is now accepting team applications via Online Registration.

Registration

To register your team, please complete the following steps:

1. Complete Online Registration.

2. After completing your application, please mail a check, made payable to Grove United Soccer Association, to Grove United Soccer, PO Box 5321 Buffalo Grove, IL 60089. The registration fee is $425 for U8-U12 teams and $475 for U13-U19 teams. The parking fee is $50 for U8-U10 teams and $75 for U11-U19 teams.

In order to be considered for acceptance, payment must be received before the application deadline.

The Grove United Soccer Association is now accepting applications from Certified Referees to referee tournament matches at all levels.
