Grove United Soccer Association

To apply for your team to play in the tournament, please complete the following steps:

1. Complete Online Tournament Application

2. After completing the application if you did not pay by credit card during the application process, mail a check made payable to Grove United Soccer Association to the following address:

Grove United Soccer PO Box 5321 Buffalo Grove, IL 60089 ATTN: Tournament
The registration fee is: $550 (U8-U10), $575 (U11- U12), $625 (U13-U19). Payment is due with application.
There is no parking fee for 2012.

In order to be considered for acceptance, payment must be received with your application. Please include the team name with your payment.

Please note: the tournament is a "Stay to Play" - you must book all hotel travel through our link under Hotels & Lodging.
