|
Through the use of qualified, licensed and experienced trainers, Grove United programs are designed to improve the skills of all participants while stressing proper instruction at the appropriate age level. Grove United programs include approximately 10 weeks of league play in the fall and spring, 10 weeks of indoor league play in the winter (except for U8-U9), and several tournaments a year. In addition to team practices, Grove United offers additional skill training throughout the year.

All players wanting to tryout must complete the Tryout Registration Form. This reserves a spot for your child to participate in tryouts.

|
All players will be evaluated based on technical skills and performance during small sided play. View the documents below for more information regarding the tryout format.

| Tryout Dates and Times |
|
Note that there are two tryout dates for every age group except for U15-U18 boys. There will be additional tryouts for U15-U18 boys and for all other age groups in the fall.
Determine the appropriate tryout session to attend by using the Age Group Chart.
Players must be warmed-up and ready to play when the tryouts are scheduled to begin. We encourage all players to participate in both of the scheduled tryouts for their age groups

| Tryout Location |
The tryouts are at Willow Stream Park in Buffalo Grove. Willow Stream Park is located at 651 Old Checker Road, Buffalo Grove, Illinois 60089 (north of Lake Cook Road on Old Checker Road just west of Buffalo Grove Road). In order to provide the best possible environment for all of the kids, we ask that parents not stand near the fields during tryouts.
From the south: Take Lake Cook Road to Buffalo Grove Road, head north on Buffalo Grove Road to Old Checker Road, and turn left on Old Checker Road. Willow Stream Park will be on your right.
From the north: Take Route 22 to Buffalo Grove Road, head south on Buffalo Grove Road to Old Checker Road, and turn right on Old Checker Road. Willow Stream Park will be on your right.
