	Tournament Location:	Olympic Park. 1675 E. Old Schaumburg Rd. Schaumburg, IL 60194 Featuring lighted fiels, and including both synthetic turf and natural grass fields.

Application Process

To apply for your team to play in the tournament, please complete the following steps:

1. Complete Online Application

2. After completing your application, please mail a check, made payable to Grove United Soccer Association, to the following address:

Grove United Soccer PO Box 5321 Buffalo Grove, IL 60089 ATTN: Tournament

The registration fee is $425 for U8-U10 teams and $475 for U11-U19 teams. The parking fee is $50 for U8-U10 teams and $75 for U11-U19 teams.

In order to be considered for acceptance, payment must be received before the application deadline. Please include the team name with your payment.

2010 Memorial Day Shootout Sponsors

Hotels and Lodging

For guest room reservations call 1-800-228-9290 . Callers must identify themselves as being with Grove United Soccer Association. Internet users may use the link below to submit request. Requests must be made by Friday, May 7, 2010 in order to qualify for your group rate. A deposit (cash prepayment) equal to the first and last night’s accommodation or credit card number guarantee will be required at the time the reservation is made.

This special rate of only $85 per night will include compliementary breakfast each day.

Cancellation of individual reservations made up to 48 hours prior to arrival will be accepted and the deposit refunded for those rooms for the full night’s stay.
